Cancellation Policy

Dear friends, At Brava, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that each of our guests has a wonderful experience. We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, as a small business, our time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations can affect not only our livelihood but also other guests who may have needed the reserved time. With this in mind, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: * Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.
 * Late Cancellations/No-Shows: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of reserved services or forfeit any prepaid deposits.
 * Understanding and Flexibility: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be understanding and flexible whenever possible. If you encounter an emergency or unavoidable situation, please reach out to us as soon as you can, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
 * Communication: Clear communication is key. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please don't hesitate to contact us via phone or email. Your courtesy in notifying us of any changes is greatly appreciated.
